#/em leans forward and replies, "It looks like you want a unique experience. Maybe something sweet, or a little sour? Then again how about both? I have a drink named after a friend of mine who just so happens to be a combination of the two, depending on her mood…or time of day. Sometimes, I am not really sure which. #/em selects an empty sling glass and coats the rim with a sweet sticky syrup before flipping it upside down and then dipping the rim in a small bowl of purple sparkling fairy sugar. Flipping it back upright, he then fills the empty glass with crushed ice. #//em after picking up a metal drink shaker, then adds some crushed ice. He then collects several bottles of alcohol and begins to combine them. Vodka, blackberry liqueur, amaretto, and a touch of fresh lime juice are added into the shaker. Gradually he begins to mix the concoction while offering a charming smile to the patron. Once the mixing is complete, he pours the dark purple drink into the sugar coated sling glass and then tops it with a splash of lime soda. To complete the cocktail, he garnishes it with a few ripe blackberries. #/em gives the drink to the customer and says “ I present to you The Delavore”
